Sie können mehrere Räume unabhängig von ihrer Etagen- oder Bereichszugehörigkeit in einer Zone zusammenfassen und auf diese Weise rechnerisch von den Räumen einer anderen Zone abgrenzen. In DDS‑CAD existieren zwei Funktionen mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten. |
Zones
Function for categorizing and marking rooms according to different criteria and for different applications, e. g.:
- Rentable unit
- Fire zones
- Rooms that are electrically powered by the same distribution board
- Combination of rooms in a usage unit for a pipe network calculation (potable water)
A room can belong to several zones of different types
Application
Building Zones
Allocation of rooms to a spatially definable unit in the building.
Important!
A room can only belong to one building zone. Building zones are important for the 
heat load calculation and for the planning of ventilation systems.
