The dialog configures an object to be installed into a duct segment. The function covers the following subgroups:
- Canvas connection
- Blank object
- Connection element

The fields show the dimensions of the object or expect you to enter the desired values.
The input is blocked,
if the size is determined by the selected product.
The input is enabled,
when a size = 0 in the settings of the selected product.
The Height parameter is only relevant for objects in rectangular ducts.

The fields show the dimension and the medium of the ventilation duct in which the object is located.

Rotation of the object in degrees (°) around the central axis of the ventilation duct. A change in the value in the positive direction causes a rotation to the right (in the drawing direction of the ventilation duct).

The setting only applies to objects in vertical duct segments. The rotation of the component is defined as angle. At an angle=0, the object is rotated to the right and corresponds to the position of the X-axis. A positive rotation causes the component to rotate counter clockwise.
Product

DDScad differentiates the parts list based on the number (= product number). It is set when the item is selected, but can be entered manually if known.
