Parallel Arc

The function creates concentric from the active circle or arc a full circle as help geometry. The radius can be specified by clicking or by numerical input of the difference (to the radius of the selected figure).

Workflow

  1. Press and hold [Ctrl].
  2. Point to the circle or arc of interest. The figure is highlighted.
  3. Additionally, press [3]
    The dialog appears: Circle
    At the same time you can determine the radius of the circle by moving the mouse.
  4. Fix the circle by clicking on or
    specify the radius as the difference to the radius of the selected figure and click OK.
    The operation is finished.

  3. Click . The context menu appears.
  4. Select: Parallel Arc
    The dialog appears: Circle
    At the same time you can determine the radius of the circle by moving the mouse.
