The cursor moves the object. The information line shows:[Click Left] at segment=Position to insert -
Point to the position for inserting it in the pipe network. The pipe appears as a marked object. DDScad displays the information about the pipe and the current position.

Pressure loss by
Setting Effect kv-value DDScad enables kv-value for entries and calculates the value in

zeta-value DDScad enables Zeta for entries and calculates the value in
Pressure loss.
preset DDScad enables Pressure loss for entries.

Properties
Length

Turn direction
The setting applies to objects with an indication of the direction.
Example: Pump
Setting Effect The object is reversed when inserted.
The object is inserted in the original direction.

Click on OK. The object is part of the pipe network and remains active with the current settings. You can insert the object again at a different position.
